These Terms of Service apply to Virtual Business Card (myvbcard.net), operated by Gables Tech LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Virtual Business Card lets businesses and professionals create a digital business card with a web address and QR code, with buttons to call, message, email, get directions, save the contact and share.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your password safe.
- Each account can have one card.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Review and publishing
New cards are reviewed before they are published. We may refuse, edit for formatting, unpublish or remove a card that breaks these terms or that we believe could harm others or the service.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the information, logos and images you add to your card. You give us permission to store, display and share them as needed to run the service (for example on your card page, in link previews and in your QR code).
You confirm that you have the right to use everything you add, and that your card does not:
- Break any law or anyone else’s rights (including trademarks and copyrights).
- Pretend to be another person or business.
- Contain false or misleading information, spam, or links to harmful websites.
- Contain offensive, hateful, violent or adult content.
5. Fees
Any fees for the service are agreed separately when you purchase it. If a paid plan ends and is not renewed, we may unpublish the card.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running at all times, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.
7. Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its card and QR code stop working.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the content of cards created by users, or for the websites and apps that cards link to.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Gables Tech LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
